Bananas Foster Oatmeal ( all ingredients to taste) Yang tonic
1 cup raw oats (non-instant)
3 cups water
Dates
Apple
Raisins
Figs
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Apple spice
Add all ingredients together and put in crock pot for approximately 4 hours or until very tender (should be runny)
Serve: top with slice banana, drizzle with molasses and walnuts and toast in oven. Delicious!
